1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using Storm2Flow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Storm2Flow is a SaaS platform that generates BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) diagrams from text descriptions using artificial intelligence. The Service includes diagram generation, editing, exporting, and sharing features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Model, describe, or generate diagrams depicting illegal activities, abuse, exploitation, violence, or any process designed to cause harm to individuals or groups
Use the Service to plan, document, or facilitate discriminatory, fraudulent, or unethical business practices
Share your account credentials with third parties
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
Use the Service to process or store sensitive personal data (e.g., health records, financial data) without appropriate safeguards
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

5. Intellectual Property

Diagrams and process descriptions you create using the Service belong to you. The Service, its design, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of Struct2Flow.

6. API Keys (Bring Your Own Key)

If you provide your own API keys (Anthropic, OpenAI), you are responsible for the usage and costs associated with those keys. Storm2Flow encrypts stored keys and uses them only for your requests.

7. Data Processing

Your process descriptions are sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) for diagram generation. By using the Service, you consent to this processing. Storm2Flow does not use your data to train AI models. As of the date of these terms, the AI providers we use state that API inputs are not used for model training. However, we cannot guarantee that their policies will remain unchanged. We encourage you to review each provider's current data usage policies.

8. Availability and Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
